Hello! i was recently accepted into a rad tech program! however, the program i really want i won’t hear back from until next week. i asked the school for a few days extension in my decision as the deadline is may 11th, but they told me no, and i would have to let them know by the deadline or my seat will be given to alternates.
i was thinking of securing my seat in the program i got into, and than withdrawing if i get into the program i really want, but i feel so shitty about that :( I’m unsure what day decisions for the program i want come out, so there’s a very good chance I’d be accepting the offer just to withdraw a few days later.
has anyone else gone through this, or is this a normal thing that happens?
