Hey everyone! I am just here for some advice as I’ve heard a lot of criticism about uottawa.

I choose uottawa for political science and communications, I want to go to ottawas law school after graduation too. I will be staying in Stanton next year.

However, I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about the university. One major story being that the staff and other faculty are not at all helpful and it’s better to figure things out yourself. Another story being that if you cannot speak french, your opportunities are extremely limited (student jobs, placements, etc.)

I have also gotten into McMaster for Law and philosophy but chose uottawa because of their co op placements.

Did I make the wrong decision?
