Hey yall, I tried doing my first egg cleanse tonight and I need help figuring out what it means

been feeling kinda weird lately and it's coming up on the year anniversary of losing my grandma. I read about doing egg cleansing and I thought maybe it was something that could help. I cleansed my house and myself, lit a white candle and passed the egg all over my body. I also focused on my head because I've been having alot of migraines and mental health issues lately. This is the egg and I need help reading it bc I can't really figure out what i'm looking at
