Why did Irina even have his house number? Why didn't he give Melfi a cell/ burner? It's a dereliction of duty.

It was the Vipers getting revenge for the wine robbery. Chris only hit one, who may have survived. Either one of them could have seen the license plate and they both saw the car and both saw Chris and Tony's faces. They must have tracked them down and waited for the right moment.

How man years did Phil do in the can? I'm doing a rewatch and can't for the life of me figure it out. I don't think its mentioned very much. Can someone cite the episode where they maybe say it?
