Clinic recommendations for revision rhinoplasty: from over-rotated short nose to long, straight nose (permanent filler removal from dorsum). Hanobi, Noselab, Wave, Eight...
I'm looking for a clinic recommendation. I once had a botched rhino, when they shortened my nose and turned the tip up completely against my wishes (piggy nose, extreme barbie nose). As a solution, they suggested a filler for the bridge of my nose. Unfortunately, this is a permanent filler that needs to be surgically removed. I'm looking for a clinic that will remove the filler and do a nose reconstruction. My too-short nose also significantly lengthened my philtrum. I don't want a silicone implant, I'd rather have rib cartilage. I saw that Hanobi and Noselab remove permanent filler, I don't know about the others (Eight, Wave). There are very few reviews. In my case, an open technique would probably be better, and maybe even a lip lift. Thanks for any recommendations or sharing of experiences - I'll be grateful for anything.
