Anyone with real world experience with Primacoustic MaxTrap?

After some plumbing issues this past winter, taking this opportunity to update the home studio.
I work out of a 420 sq ft basement which is entirely used for recording, mixing, and the occasional laundry.
I’ve wrangled in all the acoustic issues aside from a 100hz phase problem from floor reflections (to be remedied with my side cars / outboard gear), and a true 50hz issue at my listening position.
I have an unusual shaped room and this current listening position is by far the best location.
I’ve scoured the forums and internet but haven’t found anyone with personal experience with this particular product.
Specs look promising on paper to at least somewhat tame the freq down to the 50hz range but have not seen any online videos, reviews, or forum input from someone who can back it up.
Priced at nearly $700 a pop, would like at least some experienced feedback prior to making any decision.
Thanks guys, happy mixing
