First trading day on my 100k Challenge was good! Update #2

First trade was a BANGER honestly, I feel very thankful!! I usually trade Gold but this NAS setup was very good and doesn't happen often, as it's based on the Daily and 4-hour timeframes. Unfortunately, I couldn't go in with 1 % risk as I usually do on prop challenges because I maxed on leverage 😞. I "only" risked around $300-$400. Not too bad, still made 1,5%, target for step 1 is 8%.

About my low leverage:
I am doing a 100k 2-step challenge with HolaPrime and I basically chose a "swing" account called "prime" account. I can hold trades over news and over night/weekends. I don't do that often, but I wanted to be on the safer side. And that safety cost me my leverage hahah, otherwise I could have gotten a "pro" account with more leverage.

Can't share pictures here unfortunately, but the NAS setup was a 1:6 R and my balance is at 101,5k! 😃

Started a fresh 100k challenge, will be sharing my journey!

Hey y'all, since I'm quite new to Reddit and am still figuring out how all of this works, I decided to do a prop challenge publicly and share my progress, setbacks, emotions, and trade recaps here with you. I'd be happy if you gave this video an upvote (like? haha) and maybe connect with me if you're also doing a prop challenge yourself!
Any tips are also welcome 😃

Obviously, there are so many different types of traders. Some swear by indicators others think they’re trash. From my experience, trading just by indicators (even if you use a whole range of combination of them) just doesn’t give you enough insight to place a trade with an RR of anything above 1:1. And to be honest, that’s just not worth it…. or is it? What is your experience?

Curious as to when you enter your last position, from my experience anything after 1pm EST (7pm CET) doesn’t work too well. Even quick Gold-Scalps are usually to weird-behaving af that time.
