Has any transiants ever noticed or had difficulty finding jobs in this city. I'm hoping this is very anecdotal, however I just need to vent. I have been looking for a new job in the med/parahealth/fitness industry for 6 months now; I've been met with so much unprofessionalism. Interviewers showing up late or not at all, employers asking inappropriate questions like my religion, my martial status, etc.. things that have not nothing to do with opportunity I'm here for or my qualifications. All coupled with ghosting. By ghosting I mean a employer verbally tell you they like you, want to bring you on, then nothing! Or playing the telephone game, no voicemail,not txt msg.Like wtf? Honestly I'm genuinely hoping this is just a me problem. As someone who has lived in 5 different states. This has been the worst. Please if I'm in the wrong let me know and if there's something I can do. I'm a complete loss for words.
