Hello guys, I'm in need of good psychiatrist in pune for my 1st ever visit of psychiatrist (yes I'm kinda anxious about it about how how it'll unfold and if it'll really work out) who'll have open thoughts about adhd spectrum and it's adult diagnosis..... Who would be comfortable with marathi... Yess I've read adhd friendly psychiatrist list from the bio of this sub, but I'm not able to decide which one and also looking for you guys personal experiences... For context I'm 26M MBBS graduate currently preparing for NEET PG after resigning my job since 8 months... Exam is in 3 months... My overthinking, procrastination, executive dysfunction are make me anxious about the consequences if I couldn't score good rank.... TIA

As a part of ADHD, we face executive dysfunction...i wanna as you guys if you got any useful apps, YouTube vids, channels... Or any techniques, philosophies or mindset... Which helped you get out of this executive dysfunction and procrastination loop.... I've exam in few months, but I'm not able to consistently read & do active revisions of my syllabus.... I've not got myself diagnosed but I strongly feel I show the traits.... Give me advice or ideas which will help me be persistent with daily study hours (open for meds as well)... Hoping replies 🤞
