Hi from yesterday my tcl tv model 40ES560 isn’t working anymore I got it in 2021 and it’s strange that isn’t working, every time i turn on the tv it will show the boot logo with Android when it’s in the channel it freezes and I can’t even go into android home do to a factory reset. I think it’s a firmware problem thought, searched on internet but found nothing someone here has the firmware? Thanks
