This song is stuck in my head and I have gone through all of my listening history almost 4 years back.

The instrumental part seems to be mostly toy piano or bells, maybe?

What I think may be the chorus, is something along the lines of:
“When you’re out there on your own/all alone…(somethingsomething… something -rhymes with do)”
It sounds almost like it’s sung by a crowd, but not necessarily in the “stomp-clap” genre type of way.

I remember the song sounding hopeful. I’m assuming it came out between 2005-2020.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

EDIT- Almost positive the song was sung by a woman or possibly even children for the chorus mentioned above.
