Progress was not linear, but this is my heaviest (2016) vs most in shape!

Product of simply eating less and moving more. I tracked calories and protein for a while but now I eat pretty intuitively and lift weights a couple of times per week, and have more active hobbies like gardening. I'd still like to lose about 10lbs of fat, but I'm in no rush.

Sorry these aren't the best photos for comparison but I'm a mom of two and have very few full body/candid photos.
