I recently went to BIR po to update 8% IT rate this year(lagi unsuccessful sa ORUS). Filled up the form 1905 and opt for 8% IT Rate. Then I received this email today. Nalito lang po ako sa Percentage Tax - Quarterly. Diba po exempt na sa percentage tax quarterly ang 8% IT Rate and usually 1701Q and 1701A na lang po?

Babalik po ba ako sa RDO ko regarding this kasi mali or tama naman po na ganyan talaga ang 8% IT Rate?

Need help po. Thank you!
