Closing
This is my first ever post, so i don’t really know what i’m doing.
Anywho, my manager recently stated that everyone 18 and older is now required to open up availability for closing for min. 2 days a week. I’m not really too concerned about it, but i was wondering if my store man was allowed to strongly enforce it— mostly i am worried about retaliation for not closing. Most closers who are inexperienced don’t get to do anything other than dishes which sort of stinks so i’m just wondering if this is a thing or naw.
