Long story short I have some weird issue with the exhaust on my VTC that multiple garages can't figure out.

I've replaced the manifold, gaskets, and downpipe, with new, genuine, Nissan parts, and I still have an annoying ticking sound coming from the flexpipe (it's indisputable it's from here as it's been up on a ramp and has been filmed from close up making the noise).

My mechanic thinks something's bent in the system, but there's nothing more to replace. Engine and gearbox mounts have <1000 kms on them and are installed correctly so the engine's not at an angle either, and the chassis has been measured to be straight.

My question is, contrary to the usual catback exhaust questions, are there any recommendations for "cat forward" fabricators given my issue is forward of the cat.

I'm looking for something close to stock, quiet as a mouse, that gives me no extra performance, but is simply fabricated for whatever alignment issue I'm facing between all my exhaust parts.
