forced to choose between resigning or non-renewal
Hey all. Throwaway account in case anyone I know stumbles upon this. And honestly I'm terrified somehow my admin will find it, know it's me, and use it against me, so it will probably be deleted.
Edit: Deleting the post due to my mounting anxiety. Thank you, seriously, all for your advice. As I said (in the now-deleted post), I'm not trying to stay in the field of education, and only have a provisional license that I wasn't even using. I just feel blindsided, stupid, and judged. I'm not sure I'm interested in the time or effort it would take to pursue a case or anything — I'm just trying to make the best choice for my future interviewers (who will not, hopefully, be in the field of education at all) to see.

Thanks for all your advice, and for those of you that were empathetic and kind, I really appreciate it.
I know my attendance is not conducive to working in education. I never argued that and am actively looking for jobs that are a better fit for me. But I'm so glad people reminded me after admin already told me! And thanks for accusing me of scamming the system when I'm honest to God just another person trying to get by in a country with horrible healthcare, horrible minimum wage, I could go on.
Shit sucks. Take care of yourselves and your neighbors. I might be spiraling right now, so I apologize if this doesn't make sense.
