I've just emailed... I'm preparing to wait weeks for my reply as seems standard

I moved from Brsk. YouFibre 2gb is same price as Brsk 1gb so after weeks of emailing they eventually put me on YouFibre 2gb... But my Brsk router is unable to go past 1gb speeds. Wonderful!

So has anyone managed to get an upgraded router? If so how much was it. I'd assume they will charge me
