One teacher of mine has been consumed by the idea that every action of BJP is in complete opposition to the Democratic-essence of our country. How has she come to acquire this belief of hers I do not know, but I would rather her stop discussing this in the classroom for she is forgetting to do her duty, which is to teach. Today, alone, she was talking about BJP's unscrupulous politics in Bengal with her student sycophants. She is of the view that BJP would not have won these many seats as there was nothing pointing towards such a conclusion to the election, prior to the announcement of the results. She, therefore, spent an entire period trying to make it so that her opinions get their due acceptance among the students, which she, readily, got with the students, flocking around her, nodding in approval. She gave almost zero proofs to back her sky-high claims, like why BJP should be removed from the centre and how BJP cheated its way to victory in Bengal. They were ridiculous and, utterly, biased in favour of a party or an ideology she supports. However, this makes me question the schooling system and whether the principal, or the owner, is aware of the things that are happening under his nose; while he is thinking that his subordinates are going about their day teaching, in the meantime, they are attempting to indoctrinate children with their own ideology, encouraging them to hold beliefs without any credibility and using their authority, as a person of considerable influence within the institution, to both instill the fear of facing academic challenges in students if they dare oppose their instructors' words and shape their mind in its entirety as continued obedience to a higher-power corrupts even the submissive victims.
