8-9 days Trekking with no charging - how do you keep your phone alive

First time doing a long trek like Goechala. 8-9 days, and I’m told there’s nowhere to charge after the first day.
Need phone for pics + offline GPS, nothing else. Obviously keeping it on airplane mode, but Sikkim cold will probably murder the battery anyway.
What’s your setup? One 20k mAh power bank? Two?
Don’t want to end up with a dead phone on day 4 lol. What worked for you?

I will also carry a camera and I am worried about that too.
