Please, help me understand this mysterious tachycardia? Possible reactive hypoglycemia?

I'm 18 year old man, 1m65cm and ~50kg and I went a little too far on the gym last week, ik I was dumb but it still doesn't explain it all, no way.

I do not use caffeine or other drugs, I only take 200-400mg L-theanine every day if I feel anxious or want be more calmly focused or want to sleep better.

4 days ago, a day I didn't go to the gym, I went to the hospital because of tachycardia. I checked my heartrate immediately after waking up (at rest in my bed) and it was 58-62. At around 3:00 pm I was eating and It would go up to 130 bpm when standing up, and the electrocardiogram showed 116 bpm at rest, two times, with no important arrhythmia. I was also feeling dry mouth and sometimes tremors and palpitations. This situation remained until ~2:00 am!

I wasn't feeling anxious at all. They prescribed me valium and metoprolol. I took them and waited. In the meantime, I made a cardiac enzyme test. Negative for troponin, but my creatinephophokinase was 2579 U/L and my CK-MB was around 170 UI/L.

I was hospitalized the same night (~1:00 am). I had absolutely zero other symptoms other than what I said here. During hospitalization, all they did was give me saline solution and complex B (they also gave me Zofran and Omeprazol one time). I also drank a lot of water and kept myself at rest.

The next morning I woke up with tremors, sweating and tachycardia. They measured my glycemia (D-glucose) and it was 66 ng/dL. Symptoms went away after some minutes and they gave me IV glucose and it normalized, then I had breakfast.

Hours later, I had a blood test for Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Red Blood Cell Count (RBC), Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV), Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin (MCH), Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC), Red Cell Distribution Width (RDW), White Blood Cell Count (WBC), Myelocytes, Metamyelocytes, Band Neutrophils, Segmented Neutrophils, Eosinophils, Basophils, Typical Lymphocytes, Atypical Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Platelet Count, Mean Platelet Volume (MPV), Glucose, Urea, Creatinine, Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP), Creatine Kinase MB (CK-MB), Creatine Kinase (CK/CPK), Troponin I Quantitative.

All of which only the hematocrit went a little bit low, 38.3% (ref. Is at least 40.0%), and CPK was still high but already lowering, 1951 U/L. This one didn't count for CK-MB tough.

During that entire day, I had no symptoms as previously reported (mainly tachycardia). The next day I had an echocardiogram that showed a completely normal heart structure.

In the second day of hospitalization, I got discharged and went home. My heart was super normal, ranging between normal rates even while upstanding.

Today, 4 days later, I had another low glycemia episode, reaching 51 ng/dL. I immediately tested the glycosimeter on my brother to see if it was "calibrated" and yes it was working just fine and my D-glucose was really low. I took sugar and it went back to normal in some minutes, 85 and then 101 ng/dL like 30 minutes after.

What calls my attention is that this hypoglycemia episode happened around 1-2 hrs after eating 3 eggs + couscous + some sausage. It makes me think I may have reactive hypoglycemia. However, this phenomenon is entirely new to me, the first time in my life I showed symptoms of it was exactly the day I went to the hospital because I didn't know wtf was wrong with my heart.

Since today's episode, I'm experiencing orthostatic tachycardia. When standing up, my heartrate goes up to 120-130 bpm and doesn't go below that no matter what I do, and only goes below 100 when lying on my bed.

Something I noticed is that when standing up, although my HR stays high, it sometimes spontaneously lowers for a bit of time, and then goes up again, like a loop. That doesn't occur lying down. Right now, I'm feeling a very slight chest pain, it feels like my chest is a bit tired from too much bpms all day. Also, I've had palpitations depending on my breath and posture today.
