Looking for a dermatologist who can help in curing male pattern baldness along with face tanning.

I have ongoing treatment with Dr. Narendra Nikumbh, but having seen much progress (started treatment in November). I understand it takes time, so I wanted a suggestion on whether I should continue or change my dermatologist.
