does this make sense to anyone else’s lived experience? i moved out of a house full of hidden mold a year ago and put all my stuff in storage. i recently (like two weeks ago) went through all the stuff in there and pulled out all my clothes. i washed them all with vinegar and put them away. i’ve had HORRENDOUS anxiety / depression/ OCD / SI to the point i can hardly get out of bed or do anything. i’ve been noticing if i pull out a shirt that was from that group in storage i get an almost instant headache and the panic starts. i got diagnosed with MCAS after how sick i got from that house. i can’t tell if im just going crazy or if bringing the stuff from my house could really cause all this
