I'm moving next month for work and I've been looking at the area and the gym situation is rough. There's one place within an okay distance but from the reviews it sounds like it's has limited equipment and is crowded all the time. I've been going to a gym for like two years now and I'm not trying to throw away all that progress

Im gonna have a small apartment and I keep seeing people say home workouts are just as effective, but I dont see how that can beat going to the gym and having the right equipment.

Has anyone genuinely built or maintained a solid physique training at home with minimal equipment? Are there real programs out there that are built around this kind of setup, or is it all just fluff?

For those who've made the shift, was it worth it? I’m considering outsourcing some functions (admin, support, maybe IT) to reduce costs, but I’m still unsure about the trade-offs in control and quality.
