Seeking advice on whether or not this is normal as i am an anxious first time dog owner

My 4 1/2 month old puppies tooth is grey and i’m unsure if i should take him into the vet or not. I’ve read online it could need to be extracted or it might fall out naturally, he doesn’t appear to be in any pain so far but i do feel his breath smells weirder than normal (could just be me overthinking due to online research)

Anyways, i would appreciate any advice! Thanks!
