I have a glitch where is that I can’t do anything, move, break, tp .. do anyone know what i can do to fix it?

I wanna start getting money from farms and i had never did any, what kind of farms do u guys suggest, except the kelp, bamboo, bone farms cz they don’t make that much, and it’s fine if the farm needs a lot of money to build.
