Did anyone ever rip the fabric from the Slattum bed?

I was thinking of a DIY project but am scared what to find underneath. Did anyone ever change the upholstery or had a look whats underneath?

Just started a few days ago and didn't really think I would feel something so soon cause I'm starting really low (microdosing) for a chronic illness.

But I can't eat savory food anymore... It doesn't taste that good (it should and it has been!!) and I'm satiated really soon. I'm almost disgusted by it, even though I have liked the same dish before.

At the same time I only want to eat sugary things and drink sodas and stuff. It feels like my body only wants the easy stuff now.

Did anyone experience that in the beginning and will it change?

Cause I really want to keep eating nutritious meals and not live off of sweets.

Da wir eine riesige Terrasse haben und der Sommer kommt wollen wir uns einen Aufstellpool holen (300×200×76cm) mit einer Füllmenge von 4500litern.

Woher weiß man ob die Terrasse für diese Traglast geeignet ist? Muss man da schon einen Statiker befragen? Der Nachbar, Bauingenieur, meinte das sei gar kein Problem.
