I've currently passed through the part where the face disease is raging, and Xie Lian gets berated(?) by some of the followers (the scene happening after he cuts the leg of one). And it is mentioned one of the people there, described as young, just started throwing hands at the other party. But because neither XL, FX or MQ tried to stop it themselves, it wasn't exactly explained so far.

Was it HongHong'er, again? Or was it unrelated to him this time?
