Creative Director/lead/head Job
Hey everyone, posting this for a friend who's actively looking for his next role in Dubai.
He's got 12+ years of experience in creative direction and product design, with the last 5 years spent in Dubai leading the creative and UI/UX team at a blockchain venture studio. He's designed 12+ crypto products from scratch including wallets, token exchanges, and DeFi platforms.
Before that he built and ran the entire creative department for a real estate developer, handling everything from 3D architectural visualizations to property expo activations.
What he's great at:
- Product design (end-to-end, research to shipped UI)
- Building and managing creative teams (10+ people)
- Crypto/Web3/fintech product design
- Brand identity and campaign direction
- Figma, design systems, prototyping
He's based in Dubai, has a valid visa, and is looking for full-time roles like Creative Director, Senior Product Designer, Design Lead, or Head of Design.
