I am traveling next month and will be away for the whole of June so I need to pack with me at least 3 shots of my biologic (Cimzia).

I am supposed to take a three hour flight and I am worried they have no “fridge” on the plane - only cause I asked last time and had to keep the meds in my cooler bag risking ruining them.

Any practical advice on how to “pack” them or how to explain their importance to the flight crew? Honestly any and all advice is welcome.

Have you traveled anywhere that needed you to take your meds with you and what worked for you?
