I was recently diagnosed with left varicocele. I only started feeling the dull pain and knot of veins after starting gym recently. Ultrasound showed a 4mm dilation on the left (so Grade III). My hormone tests came back normal, while sperm concentration was low.

Anyway, I am in the UK so trying to get a urologist appointment which god knows how long it would take. In the mean time, i wanted ro understand what effect if any can gymming have on my condition?
