What disease is ruining the plants in our yard?

I live in a very rural desert area by the ocean, sun bright as can be till it sets basically, they are watered every day around sunset so they can hold a little moisture during the night. Most plants thrive and grow here. Our neighbours basically have an oasis in their yards. These did well at first. However recently like a year or two ago we realized they were struggling, a family friend came over and told us there was some disease? Any help would be nice. These are limes, oranges and some bougainvilleas for example. Its happening all over the yard now. It killed out guava and grapefruit tree already

(Hey guys, for context so I bought a last minute flight to Japan. I have never travelled on a plane before with so many weight restrictions or one that was so long before. Literally 12 hrs non stop. They charge for everything and even though I know i can purchase meals easily I play on making is as comfortable, painless, and budget friendly as possible)

My limit is 7kg for my carry on and personal. I am checking my main suitcase and for the carry on just going for a backpack and bringing slippers, a neck pillow, eye mask, face wash, snacks, etc.

I also would like any ideas for snacks, like am I allowed to bring snacks like some walnuts or popcorn? How do you do it? Does TSA care if my backpack has cookies in it? Should i buy drinks at the airport? All the tips pls for this inexperienced traveler 🥰
