I’ve seen a colleague posting possibly identifying patient info online - what to do?

Scrolling TikTok with my breakfast this morning and I’ve seen a video by a colleague that I used to work (briefly) with on a previous rotation. They’re an F1 and have made a video talking about some of the patients they saw yesterday (no names/DOB, but including age, diagnosis, comorbidities). They’ve confirmed which team they work with in the comments, and their hospital is easily identifiable from their other videos (from filming in the corridors etc). I’ve had a look and they have other ‘day in the life’ videos with details of cases they saw that day with the hospital visible too. There are have several comments on their videos saying that patients could be identifiable from what they post, which they seem to have ignored.

This is a classic SJT question I know, but what exactly do I do, if anything? I don’t work at that hospital or with that doctor any more so I’m not sure who to contact. I don’t want to be a snitch or to get them in trouble, but it sits really uncomfortably with me that patient details are being farmed out for content, and it looks like it’s not a one off. There’s a lot you can post about being a doctor (if you really want to) without going into those kinds of details.
