I am struggling with getting enough movement in my day. Most of my day is in an office setting 8-5.
I keep seeing these infinity hoop ads and am actually wondering if they work. They look like fun but do they actually help with burning calories? I get movement = calories lost, and that the hoops are encouraging movement but curious if it’s been a way for anyone to get in some fun movement.
Thoughts?
