Thanks to a previous post I thought I figured this out. After uninstalling the newest windows 11 update (25H2) I was able to launch and play COD BO7 with no issues. However, recently my pc automatically updated for some reason. Now, after I uninstall the windows update, my gpu is not recognized. I double checked and my gpu is all good. As soon as I update it back to 25H2 my gpu is recognized again. But now I can’t load into COD. I get stuck on this screen, just like I did before. I’ve tried so many different things and I am at a loss at this point. I have contacted activision but it’s been a while since I’ve heard from them and of course they haven’t been much help so far anyway. I tried contacting Microsoft and they recommended contacting the game developers before chatting further. Any suggestions?
Btw I have BO7 on battlenet. I have no issues with any other game including other CODs on battlenet or steam, etc. tyia
