My 7 mo on 3/3/4 has been having false starts every single night. Wakes up ~40 min after falling asleep independently. Sometimes settles down on her own, sometimes with 5 min or so of holding/rocking, sometimes it takes an hour plus.

We have not sleep trained.

Bedtime routine has been the same her whole life - bath, lotion, pjs, nurse, bed.

She does take short naps sometimes (30 min) and so end up with a 6pm bedtime…

Any ideas? Thanks!!
