37 male, played RuneScape for the first time, during my week off I played like 16 hours a day. and have had pain, burning and tightness in my wrist that’s lasted for two days now. Can’t do any activity without a flare up.
Doctor said compression and rest (holy shit how wrong was that)
physio said don’t rest, but take more breaks and try some stretches. (half way there).
Reddit / 1HP says to train my slow twitching muscles for endurance. best. advice. ever.
literally after the 3 sets of isometric, and 3 sets of dumbell curls rhythmically for 45 reps or until fail: I don’t feel any pain and have had immediate relief. WTF? I know I haven’t built any muscle yet, but I cannot wait and the relief makes me want to continue every day!!!
