Tiny Lumps/Protuberances on Inner Skin
Hey everyone. I'm new to restoration and 1 month in, doing manuals only. In addition to folds throughout an uneven scarline, I have 3-4 very small lumps (roughly the size of chia seeds or freckles, for perspective) on some lower parts connecting the inner and outer skin. They're not painful to touch, but become extremely painful when doing isolating MMs on the inner skin; they swell and grow red when tugged on and feel just like getting a finger cut or pierced. One of them even has a hole in it, like the top of a pimple. These are preventing me from targeting those parts of my inner skin.
Has anyone had any similar lumps on their inner skin? How was your experience? Will tugging on the surrounding areas perhaps solve this by pushing them up and shedding them?
Thank you!
