Hi I’m currently a nursing student and have applied for the staff bank as a HCSW and I have had a email saying that one of my references has been denied as it was from a family friend, I have only ever had two jobs and I have listed both of these and my tutor, I worked as an unpaid carer for five years before these jobs so I have no idea who to ask, is there any advice on who could possibly be suitable as I am struggling to find any information online.
