Is there a lore reason why Aki's arm mysteriously disappears in chapter 75?

I wish more characters were trans women
I think it fucked up the landing, sure. It's also still among the most unique and compelling manga I've ever read. It's less clean than Part 1, but it frankly hits just as hard at many points. It's funny, raw, tragic, and is filled with iconic moments.
It's fair to disagree, obviously. But the amount of vitriol towards it is frankly ridiculous.
