Hi. I have a problem with atome and sobrang frustrating ng app nila because of how it was designed. Babayaran ko na sana ang due bill ko sa Atome in full amount. I successfully selected yung 1 month option but nagkaroon ng problem sa GCash kaya bumalik ako sa atome to copy the reference number once again. My phone lagged when i proceeded to my bills and i accidentally selected the 3-month option which is the default or kapag binuksan mo yung bills, automatically selected na yung 3-month installment. I immediately pressed the back button to hopefully cancel it pero nag went through pa rin and atome have no way to reverse it which is frustrating because of how the app is designed, with just a simple misclick, nagkaroon pa ako ng malaking utang.
How do I resolve this? Is there any other way like filing a complaint with BSP or SEC in case Atome CSR are unresponsive?
