After an unfortunate accident with a cannon, the original draft of the ship was destroyed. Thankfully, that meant I got to take another crack at it and do a few things differently, and now, from the second picture onward, here is the latest design!

With some modifications to the hull shaping from the Dreadnought Dirigible, and a few balloons inside the hollow middle, I've made a seaworthy, steerable Sloop! It's still a work in progress as I figure out how to make sails, but for now, functional ship!
