I had my first mamogram after completing active treatment last year. They also did an abdominal ultrasound. The oncologist said everything is ok and asked to come back 3 months later for regular follow-up. But now when I see my ultrasound report it shows "ET 8.2 mm with subtle cystic changes". I put it on chatgpt and now I'm really panicking, as it says for 63 year old postmenopausal women like me it should be under 5 mm and I'm on letrozole instead of tamoxifen so it should be further thinning instead of thickening. Given my lobular history, I'm not sure what should I be doing. I had Pet Ct about 9 months ago after I had finished chemo and similar abdoment ultrasound about 1.5 years ago before starting any treatment and both did not flag anything like this.
