My adult (true age unknown) spayed female Siamese cat has been constipated for about one week. This has never happened before. After failed medications (lactose and another laxative) we had X-rays taken in Florida. She doesn’t meet the criteria for megacolon, but the imaging found more to worry about other than constipation. I’m looking for second opinions on 1) what you see and 2) prognosis.
