So I am going for my departmental training at IRIMEE Jamalpur in mid May and honestly I don't know much about the place at all. Never been to that part of Bihar.

Just wanted to ask people who've lived there or visited,, what's it actually like? Is it a chill town or really boring? Kuch karne ko milega weekends mein ya bas room pe baithna padega 😅

Also where should I eat? I'm not a fussy eater at all, happy with good dal chawal or whatever the local stuff is. Just want to know the good spots.

And how bad is the May heat there? I'm already a bit worried ngl.

If anyone's done training at IRIMEE itself would love to hear how the experience was. The campus, the food there, whether we get free time to go out etc.

Munger is right next to it I think, is it worth going there on a day off?
