Taskbar acting up

For some reason, my taskbar has been acting up. The wifi, battery, and brightness options keep disappearing and I have to go into the actual settings if I want to change them (the brightness and volume keys on my actual laptop also do nothing), and the bluetooth icon is still there but does nothing. When I reboot my computer, they appear, disappear and reappear several times, and then finally disappear. I can work around this but it is incredibly annoying. Any help? I'm in classic panel mode if that helps

I am deeply confused about what the Bible is supposed to say about "speaking in tongues". The Acts account of Pentecost seems to make it pretty clear that the gift of tongues is speaking natural, human languages one does not otherwise know, which can be proven by the presence of a native speaker (or many) of that language with whom the speaker-in-tongues does not share a language (as we see in the Acts account). Most Orthodox seem to say this when asked about tongues, and nothing more. Even I've given this answer to others.

Yet Saint Paul says (here I'm paraphrasing) that "If the whole church speaks in tongues and a disbeliever enters, he will think you [Christians] are mad", and "One who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God, for no one understands him"; both quotes seem to imply the Pentecostal/Charistmatic type of "speaking in tongues", seemingly asemantic sounds and nothing more; if true, it is suspicious that this is foreign to Orthodoxy given how long we've had the Bible, and very weird that Orthodox writers (like Seraphim Rose) and speakers are so averse to the practice.

This isn't a big enough issue for me to reconsider Orthodoxy or anything but I would like answers.
