First rate UP new 5* character: Nicole, Pyro Catalyst - The voiceless yet graceful angel and member of Hexenzirkel, our first limited Pyro support who can not only grant party-wide ATK buffs and Pyro shield with her skill, but also summon Astral Projections thanks to her burst to deal continuous damage!
Second rate UP new 5* character: Lohen, Cryo Polearm - The vice captain of Knights of Favonius, an on-field driver/DPS whose skill can deal Cryo DMG at high frequency. His passive allows his skill and burst to deal more damage. Lohen will also get a new Story Quest!
New four star character: Prune, Anemo Catalyst - A diminuitive Witch Hunter, an Anemo off field character who can buff the party's DMG thanks to her passive.
Phase 1: Nicole/Durin, phase 2: Lohen/Mavuika. Prune will appear in Phase 1.
New weekly boss: Exalted Master of the Heretical Path - Dottore has assumed a new form, and it's even more dangerous than before!

I know it is early, but it's better to hold onto gems despite the whole fiasco with SS Kieran's pokefair rates. If DeNA's patterns are believed, there is likely to be a new main story update with Arceus Cup chapter 10.
Who do you hope for Arc Suit? Personally hope it's Arc Suit Diantha (duh), preferably if she's a striker who can summon EX Fairy Zone. Lacey feels like she's so mid, that if there was a new EX Fairy Zone user it could shift the paradigm around Fairy and we already have Gym Bede who can set multiple Fairy Zones.
Bonus question: what character DON'T YOU WANT receiving an Arc Suit? I don't want Arc Suit Geeta, not because I dislike her - but because I don't think her base version is even that bad, she's solid with Anniversary Irida. Thinking about it just makes my body heavy... but I wonder if they will do that because of future Pasio Tower floor 40.
(I didn't include ghost on the assumption it belongs to EX MF Volo, but if you want, comment it here - most likely candidate imo is Arc Suit Lillie with Lunala.)
I wish there was a way to do multiple answers but oh well.
I looked at the drop rates and the off-rate PF drop rate is higher compared than before, in fact doing the math there is at least 7.5% a pull you do is a limited drop, including the featured 2 PFs and featured EX MF unit.
From what I have seen, the rates are truthful. People are getting 5* PFs more frequently, as though the rates correspond, instead of it being deceitful. There's higher limited drop rate than spotlight rate.
Did you guys take any screenshots of a PF drop? If so, can you please share it here? Would like to confirm more on this hypothesis.
Kieran, a rival from Scarlet and Violet games, dons a Sygna Suit outfit in a new EX Masterfair banner with Furret who can terastallize to become Ice Special Striker alternate unit!
Moreover, Drayton debuts in a new EX Pokefair banner! One of the Elite Four of Blueberry Academy, he's a Dragon Tech character whose Buddy and Sync move deal increased AoE damage against paralyzed opponents!
You can also get 2 limited characters from Paldea region through a new event in-game.
For the first time in a long time for a 2% rate banner, Drayton's banner is actually tempting me, because he fills a niche, but is also very strong, potentially the best EX PF so far. However, I have to keep a lookout for a potential new Arc Suit Fair in June, there is a chance it could be Diantha or a Fairy arc at least.
I might actually fold if they did an EX PF rerun with both him and Hassel, because my dragon roster could use a big upgrade, even though I have 6th anni Red and Arc Lance.
Have you ever actually pulled on a 2% banner? It's just a shame there's a few too many 1% rate banners that interest me, but I can't be too picky.
I just want to at least remind people that Pasio Tower is staying forever. It's not going away, so I don't want people to be pressured to draw on latest banner just to keep up with the mode - I have been pulling with consideration that there'll be expansions in future, because it is my favorite game mode.
The main problem with powercreep is that it's an exponential thing. For example, 6th anni powercreep spike wasn't as intense as 5th anni or even 3rd anni (which btw had insane synergy), but the feature creep, such as circle, EX WTZ and break, compounds the inflation.
However, that also means that in the future, when you pull on your favs, there is a higher and higher chance that they will be able to clear the newer and newer content and floors. Also, in a way, it ironically helps new players catch up faster, as they will draw on more powerful banner compared to veterans who has had time to stick with older units.
I will say, I do hope they release new tower cookies though, the gym cookies have been good at keeping some units relevant, especially NC Marnie, so I really want cookies 2 for units that need a leg up, such as NC Cheren, but also SST Red or even something for Arc Lance.
