I ordered their carry-on thinking the 100-day return policy made it a safe buy.
It arrived. Build quality felt cheap right away. No way this holds up, especially if it ever gets checked.
So I tried to return it.
Here’s what happened:
*Emailed their listed returns address, which bounced back (invalid email)
*Emailed the address their marketing emails come from and got an auto-reply: “someone will respond in 48 hours”
*Waited 4 days. Followed up, same auto-reply.
*Messaged them on Instagram. 4 days later, another ai-generated auto-response.
Meanwhile:
*They’re actively posting on Instagram
*I’m still getting daily marketing emails
*No actual human response to my return request
There is:
*No phone number
*No working returns email
*No real customer support
At that point, I escalated and sent a formal demand letter under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A, because they’re not honoring their own return policy and don’t even provide a functional way to complete a return.
At this point, it’s hard not to see this as intentional. A return policy that looks good on paper, but no real way to use it.
Bottom line:
If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
I would not buy from them.
