Dude in the corner is channel mascot (basically mirroring the viewer, asking questions in the videos) so I want to have him somewhere in the thumbnail for channel recognition. Thanks!

The channel is like 20 days old (I have heard that can be the reason) and I know youtube needs some videos before finding out what your audience is. But still, 1 impression feels so low. How can it learn my audience if it doesn't show it to anyone? I will ofcourse continue posting videos, but was just wondering if I am doing something wrong that I can fix right now before publishing the 2nd one. Thanks!
