My friends and I booked our transatlantic cruise for fall 2026 back in July 2025 and paid in full at time of booking so we could get rooms with adjoining balconies. A few weeks ago, I notice our room # changed to a Y. My friends’ booking is still as-is. Our travel agent called and got nowhere with a very rude VV customer service guy, who basically shrugged his shoulders. She has since escalated it to her VV sales rep but hasn’t heard back yet. Has anyone else who has been grandfathered in under the old booking system rules had this happen?
