Hi! Hoping I get some answers here. We had this mt Fuji trip that was scheduled for Monday May 11 through Viator. They cancelled the trip and sent us this message via WhatsApp.
I was wondering if it’s legit? Has anyone experienced this before?
Edit: guess I should mention that Viator canceled it a week ago and already got the refund. I never got the reason why it was cancelled. This company just hit me up this morning.
